Section 453.398 - Purpose.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 453.398 (2019)
It is the intent of ORS 453.396 to 453.414 to impose a fee on the possession of hazardous substances at facilities in this state. These provisions are not intended to relieve any person from any other duty or responsibility imposed by law. [1989 c.833 §122]
