Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 453.275 (2019)
Violation of ORS 453.235 or 453.265 is punishable by a civil penalty of not to exceed $1,000 that may be imposed and collected in the manner prescribed in ORS 441.705 to 441.745. [1985 c.539 §9]
