Section 450.715 - Areas which may be formed into sanitary authorities.

Any portion of one or more counties, including both incorporated and unincorporated areas as well as areas within sanitary, drainage and other districts, may be formed into a sanitary authority under ORS 450.600 to 450.989. Such areas need not be contiguous. [1955 c.614 §3; 1989 c.809 §8]
