Section 446.190 - Power to enjoin violations.

When it appears to an inspecting authority that any person is engaged or about to engage in an act or practice which is in violation of ORS 446.155 to 446.200 or the rules and regulations issued thereunder, the inspecting authority may, without bond, obtain an order from an appropriate circuit court enjoining such act or practice. [1969 c.295 §10]
