Section 443.815 - Judicial review of penalties.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 443.815 (2019)
Judicial review of civil penalties imposed under ORS 443.790 shall be as provided under ORS 183.480, except that the court may, in its discretion, reduce the amount of the penalty. [1987 c.431 §8]
