Section 442.853 - Legislative findings.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 442.853 (2019)
The Legislative Assembly finds that Oregonians should be free from infections acquired during the delivery of health care. Action taken in this state to prevent health care acquired infections should be trustworthy, effective, transparent and reliable. [2007 c.838 §1]
