Section 441.341 - Rules.

The Department of Human Services shall adopt rules necessary to implement ORS 441.331 to 441.341, including but not limited to the criteria for the appointment of a temporary manager of a facility, the qualifications of a temporary manager and the powers and duties of a temporary manager. [2009 c.539 §18]
