Section 441.306 - Compensation of trustee.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 441.306 (2019)
The court shall set the compensation of the trustee. That compensation and the compensation of the employees shall be considered a necessary expense of the trust. [1981 c.868 §8]
