Section 441.164 - Variances to staffing plan requirements.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 441.164 (2019)
Upon request of a hospital, the Oregon Health Authority may grant a variance to the written hospital-wide staffing plan requirements described in ORS 441.155 if the variance is necessary to ensure that the hospital is staffed to meet the health care needs of patients.
