Section 441.151 - "Hospital" defined for ORS 441.152 to 441.177.

As used in ORS 441.152 to 441.177, "hospital" includes a hospital as described in ORS 442.015 and an acute inpatient care facility as defined in ORS 442.470. [Formerly 441.160]
