Section 438.990 - Penalties for ORS 438.040 and 438.510.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 438.990 (2019)
Violation of any provision of ORS 438.040 or 438.510 is a Class A misdemeanor. Each day of continuing violation shall be considered a separate offense. [1969 c.685 §22; 1977 c.582 §45]
