Section 433.444 - Authority of Public Health Director during disease outbreak.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 433.444 (2019)

During a disease outbreak, as defined in ORS 431A.005, the Public Health Director may authorize pharmacists licensed under ORS chapter 689 to administer vaccines to persons who are three years of age or older for a specified period of time if the Public Health Director determines that such authorization is necessary to protect the public’s health. [2013 c.332 §2]
