Section 433.110 - Duty to prevent spread of communicable diseases; rules.

Every physician, physician assistant, naturopathic physician or nurse attending a person affected with any communicable disease shall use all precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the disease as the Oregon Health Authority may prescribe by rule.
