Section 433.095 - Reporting information to registry; rules.

The Oregon Health Authority shall adopt rules requiring dentists and pharmacists to report information about the administration of vaccines to the immunization registry created under ORS 433.094. [2009 c.250 §2; 2011 c.720 §194; 2019 c.58 §3]
