Section 431A.050 - Oregon Health Authority to develop comprehensive emergency medical services and trauma system.

In cooperation with representatives of the emergency medical services professions, the Oregon Health Authority shall develop a comprehensive emergency medical services and trauma system. The authority shall report progress on the system to the Legislative Assembly. [Formerly 431.575]
