Chapter 417 - Interstate Compacts on Juveniles and Children; Children and Family Services
Section 417.250 - "Executive head" defined.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 417.250 (2019)
As used in Article VII of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, the term "executive head" means the Governor. The Governor is authorized to appoint a compact administrator in accordance with the terms of said Article VII. [1975 c.482 §6]
