Section 406.505 - World War II memorial; maintenance.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 406.505 (2019)

(1) The World War II memorial constructed in the Capitol Mall in the City of Salem, Marion County, is an outright permitted use without taking an exception under ORS 197.732 to the statewide land use planning goals or changing the acknowledged comprehensive plan or land use regulations of Marion County.

(2) The Department of Veterans’ Affairs shall maintain the finished memorial. [2011 c.463 §2; 2015 C.531 §4]
