Section 384.410 - Location of ferry.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 384.410 (2019)
No ferry service shall be established or maintained under ORS 384.405 to 384.440 unless it connects a state and federal highway in the State of Oregon with a state and federal highway in the State of Washington.
