Chapter 329 - Oregon Educational Act for the 21st Century; Educational Improvement and Reform
Section 329.486 - Guidelines for best practices of administering assessments.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 329.486 (2019)

The State Board of Education shall adopt guidelines for the best practices of administering statewide assessments of students. The guidelines must provide that a student who is in any grade from kindergarten through grade eight and who has met or exceeded state standards on a test is excused from being required to retake the test. [2011 c.565 §1]
