Section 297.300 - Audit of records related to public purpose charges paid to nongovernmental entity.

The records related to any funds collected through public purpose charges and paid to a nongovernmental entity as described in ORS 757.612 shall be subject to audit by the Secretary of State. [2009 c.813 §2]
