Section 295.093 - Depositing moneys with treasurer of public body.

Any public official may deposit moneys coming into the hands of the public official in connection with official duties with the treasurer of the public body concerned and obtain a receipt therefor. [Formerly 295.165; 2019 c.587 §28]
