Section 294.960 - Collection and disposition of amounts due counties.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 294.960 (2019)

Pursuant to ORS 293.250, a county may collect any moneys owed to the county pursuant to a judgment obtained under ORS 169.151. The county shall provide to the Department of Revenue the amount owed and the name, Social Security number and address of the person who owes the moneys. [2001 c.641 §1]
