Chapter 292 - Salaries and Expenses of State Officers and Employees
Section 292.032 - Records of payroll payments.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 292.032 (2019)

Records of payments issued under ORS 292.026, after the payments have been paid, shall be filed with the chief administrative officer of the state agency. Payments not transferred to the person entitled to receive the payment shall be treated as unpresented checks under ORS 293.450 to 293.460. [1955 c.495 §8; 2013 c.369 §2]
