Section 291.030 - "Agency" defined for ORS 291.032 and 291.034.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 291.030 (2019)
As used in ORS 291.032 and 291.034, "state agency" or "agency" includes the Legislative Assembly, at its option, or any of its statutory, standing, special or interim committees, at the option of such committee, the courts and their officers and committees and the constitutional state officers, at their option, and the Public Defense Services Commission, at the option of the commission.
