Section 283.130 - "Agency" defined for ORS 283.140 and 283.143.

As used in ORS 283.140 and 283.143, "state agency" or "agency" includes the Legislative Assembly, at the option of the Legislative Assembly, or any statutory, standing, special or interim committees of the Legislative Assembly, at the option of the committee. [Formerly 291.659; 2009 c.601 §2]
