Section 280.485 - Effect of ORS 280.410 to 280.485 on powers of city.

ORS 280.410 to 280.485 is additional, alternative and supplemental authority for cities with a population of 70,000 or more and shall not abrogate any power, right or authority otherwise granted by law or charter to such cities. [1977 c.772 §16; 2003 c.286 §7]
