Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 279C.670 (2019)
ORS 279C.650 to 279C.670 do not apply to suspension of the work or termination of the contract that occurs as a result of the contractor’s violation of federal, state or local statutes, ordinances, rules or regulations in existence at the time the contract was executed or as a result of violations of the terms of the contract. [2003 c.794 §164]
