Section 279C.550 - "Retainage" defined.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 279C.550 (2019)
As used in ORS 279C.550 to 279C.570, "retainage" means the difference between the amount earned by a contractor on a public improvement contract and the amount paid on the contract by the contracting agency. [2003 c.794 §146; 2005 c.103 §32]
