Section 279B.225 - Condition concerning salvaging, recycling, composting or mulching yard waste material.

Every public contract for lawn and landscape maintenance shall contain a condition requiring the contractor to salvage, recycle, compost or mulch yard waste material at an approved site, if feasible and cost-effective. [2003 c.794 §76b]
