Section 279A.205 - Cooperative procurements authorized.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 279A.205 (2019)
(1) A contracting agency may participate in, sponsor, conduct or administer a joint cooperative procurement for the procurement of any goods, services or public improvements.
(2) A contracting agency may participate in, sponsor, conduct or administer a permissive or interstate cooperative procurement for the procurement of any goods or services, but not public improvements. [2003 c.794 §26; 2005 c.103 §6]
