Section 276.023 - State Capitol police officers; status.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 276.023 (2019)

If the Legislative Administration Committee appoints police officers to protect the State Capitol, when performing their duties, the officers shall have the same authority as other peace officers as defined in ORS 133.005. [1977 c.116 §7; 1981 c.132 §4]
