Section 274.825 - Nonconflicting use of leased lands.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 274.825 (2019)
The State of Oregon reserves the right to permit reasonable nonconflicting uses, including seismic surveys but excluding core hole drilling, on lands under lease as long as:
(1) Such uses do not unreasonably impair or interfere with operations of the lessee; and
(2) Requirement is made that the permittee indemnify the lessee against any damage caused by such use. [1961 c.619 §21; 1999 c.59 §71]
