Section 268.640 - Sale of revenue bonds.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 268.640 (2019)
The governing body may from time to time sell revenue bonds authorized to be issued and sold pursuant to ORS 268.600 to 268.660 at public or private sale, in the manner and at such price or prices as it shall determine. [1977 c.95 §13]
