Section 267.345 - Issuance of bonds.

All general obligation and revenue bonds, including refunding bonds, issued under ORS 267.330 to 267.345 shall be issued as prescribed in ORS chapter 287A. [1969 c.643 §31; 2007 c.783 §84]
