Section 266.516 - Refunding bonds.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 266.516 (2019)
Refunding bonds of the same character and tenor as those replaced thereby may be issued pursuant to a resolution duly adopted by the district board without submitting to the electors the question of authorizing the issuance of such bonds. [1969 c.668 §26b]
