Section 264.364 - Board action on report.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 264.364 (2019)
After the report has been filed with the secretary, the district board may by motion approve the report, modify the report and approve it as modified, require additional or different information for the improvement, or it may abandon the improvement. [1969 c.686 §3]
