Section 264.348 - Copies of code to be filed with State Fire Marshal and posted at fire stations.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 264.348 (2019)
Copies of the fire prevention code referred to in ORS 264.342 shall be filed with the State Fire Marshal’s office and a copy shall be posted at each fire station within the domestic water supply district. [1953 c.206 §4; 2003 c.802 §87]
