For the purpose of investigating violations of section 1b, Article IV of the Oregon Constitution, the Secretary of State, Attorney General and Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries may cooperate and share information as considered necessary by the secretary, Attorney General or commissioner. [2007 c.848 §6]
