Chapter 254 - Conduct of Elections
Section 254.068 - Simulated election for individuals under 18 years of age.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 254.068 (2019)

On the date of any election, the county clerk may conduct a simulated election. As used in this section, "simulated election" means a demonstration election held for individuals under 18 years of age for the purpose of encouraging future voter participation. [1991 c.436 §2]
