Section 253.645 - Electors called to active military duty.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 253.645 (2019)
In the event of a national emergency, the Secretary of State shall assure that any elector called to active military duty is not unnecessarily denied the opportunity to vote simply because of military duty. [1991 c.71 §14]
