Section 251.385 - "Electoral district" defined for ORS 251.345 to 251.375.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 251.385 (2019)
As used in ORS 251.345 to 251.375, "electoral district" means the county or a city, or district as defined in ORS 255.012 located within the county. [1989 c.1031 §10]
