Section 251.358 - Omission from voters’ pamphlet of ballot titles, explanatory statements and arguments for certain measures.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 251.358 (2019)

Notwithstanding ORS 251.315, 251.345 or 251.355, in the case of a measure submitted under ORS 254.095 (3), 254.103 (2) or 255.085 (2) and at the discretion of the county clerk, the ballot title, explanatory statement and all arguments supporting or opposing the measure may be omitted from a county voters’ pamphlet. [1995 c.607 §33]

Note: 251.358 was added to and made a part of 251.305 to 251.435 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
