Section 250.062 - Identical draft ballot titles required for certain state measures.

If the Attorney General determines that the subject, purpose and major effect of two or more state initiative measures to be submitted at the same election are substantially similar, the Attorney General shall provide identical draft ballot titles for the measures. [2009 c.566 §2]
