Section 247.302 - Effective date of registration automatically updated by county clerk.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 247.302 (2019)
(1) The effective date of a voter registration updated under ORS 247.292 is the date on which the county clerk receives evidence of the change of residence or mailing address.
(2) The effective date of a voter registration updated under ORS 247.296 is the date on which the county clerk changes the address information on the voter registration file. [1993 c.713 §17f; 1999 c.410 §14; 2009 c.511 §3; 2015 c.8 §6]
