Section 246.270 - Office hours of county clerk on election days.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 246.270 (2019)
On the day of any primary election, general election or special election held throughout the county, the county clerkâs office shall remain open for business pertaining to the election from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. of the same day.
