Section 244.370 - Civil penalty procedure; disposition of penalties.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 244.370 (2019)
(1) Any civil penalty under ORS 244.350 or 244.360 shall be imposed in the manner prescribed by ORS 183.745.
