Section 243.142 - Application for federal waiver.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 243.142 (2019)

The Department of Consumer and Business Services shall apply for a waiver of federal law or any formal permission from the appropriate federal agency or agencies that is necessary to allow districts and eligible employees of districts to obtain health benefit plans through the health insurance exchange in accordance with ORS 243.886. [2012 c.38 §12; 2015 c.3 §37]
