Section 242.760 - Qualifications for admission to examination.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 242.760 (2019)
Examinations shall be given only to persons who possess such qualifications as to residence, age, health, education, citizenship, habits and moral character as are prescribed by the rules of the commission. [1959 c.252 §28]
