Section 242.350 - Terms and compensation of commissioners.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 242.350 (2019)
(1) Initial appointments of the commissioners shall be as follows: One for two years, one for four years and one for six years. Thereafter each appointment shall be for a term of six years.
(2) The commissioners shall serve without compensation.
