Section 241.225 - Qualification for examination.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 241.225 (2019)
Examinations shall be confined to citizens of the United States who can read and write the English language and who also possess such qualifications as to fitness, habits and moral character as are prescribed by rules of the commission. [Amended by 1959 c.689 §7; 1961 c.135 §4]
